Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, how SERVICES IMALIANCE INC. handles personal information through the Orkyo website and the Orkyo service. The French version is the reference version.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Who operates Orkyo

Orkyo is a product operated by SERVICES IMALIANCE INC.. Orkyo is a product and service name, not a separate legal entity.

2. Personal information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • your name and email address when you book a call with an advisor
  • your company name and information about your operations, when you share it with us
  • the content of the messages you send us
  • basic technical data sent by your browser when you visit the site (for example device type and pages viewed)

We do not ask for sensitive information and ask that you not send any.

3. When information is collected

  • when you book an appointment with an Orkyo advisor
  • when you write to us or reply to one of our messages
  • when you use the Orkyo application (diagnostic, trial, customer account), where applicable — those flows run in the Orkyo application, not on this website
  • automatically, on a limited basis, when you browse the site

4. Purposes of collection

  • responding to your requests and scheduling appointments
  • presenting and discussing the service with you
  • providing, operating and improving the Orkyo service
  • keeping the site and service secure
  • meeting our legal obligations

5. Use of information

We use your information only for the purposes described above. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for targeted advertising.

6. Sharing with service providers

Some information may be shared with providers that help us operate the service, only as needed for their mandate. Today this includes:

  • Cal.com, used for booking calls with an advisor (name, email and the information you enter in the booking form)
  • the website host and the host of the Orkyo application

We may also disclose information where required by law. Outside of these cases, we do not share your information with third parties.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected for, then destroy or anonymize it. Specific retention periods per category have not been set yet; they will be added to this policy once defined.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information against loss and unauthorized access, including limiting access to people who need it. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Subject to the exceptions provided by law, you may:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous information
  • request deletion where retention is no longer justified
  • withdraw your consent, where processing is based on it
  • file a complaint about how your information is handled

Withdrawing consent may, in some cases, prevent us from providing part of the service.

10. Requests, questions and complaints

Access, correction and consent-withdrawal requests, as well as privacy questions and complaints, should be sent to the person responsible for the protection of personal information (section 11). We acknowledge requests and respond within the timeframes set by applicable law.

11. Person responsible for the protection of personal information

The operating company, SERVICES IMALIANCE INC., is responsible for the protection of personal information processed through Orkyo. Requests can be sent to:

confidentialite@orkyo.ca

12. Cookies and similar technologies

We add no analytics, advertising or profiling tool to this site. Fonts and stylesheets are served from the site itself: no external font provider is called when a page loads.

  • Cal.com: booking module, loaded only after you explicitly click to open it; it may then set cookies or use your browser storage
  • the site hosting platform, which serves the pages and may run technical scripts required for hosting, security and error reporting
  • the host of the Orkyo application, for the pages you open in the application

If we ever add technologies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

13. Changes to this policy

This policy may change to reflect how the service or the legal framework evolves. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its last-updated date.
