The Orkyo website and service are operated by SERVICES IMALIANCE INC.. Orkyo is a product and service name, not a separate legal entity.

The site presents Orkyo, a service for businesses that want to simplify and automate administrative work. The service is offered to businesses and to people acting in a professional capacity.

Access to the service may require creating an account in the Orkyo application. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

You may use the site and service for your company's internal purposes, in line with these terms and applicable law.

• using the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• attempting to access systems, accounts or data without authorization
• disrupting the service or circumventing its technical limits
• copying, reselling or redistributing the service without written permission
• uploading malicious content or data you have no right to process

You remain responsible for the data you enter or connect to the service, for its accuracy and for your right to use it. Personal information is handled according to our privacy policy.

We aim to provide an available and reliable service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service may evolve: features may be added, changed or removed, and maintenance interruptions may occur.

The site, the service, the Orkyo brand, their content and software elements belong to SERVICES IMALIANCE INC. or its licensors. You keep ownership of your own data and content.

The service is offered as a monthly subscription under the plans shown on the site: ORKYO START, ORKYO PRO and ORKYO ELITE, at the prices displayed in the pricing section. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes extra where relevant. Each plan includes a maximum number of users shown on its card. Final billing, tax and renewal terms are presented before any paid commitment; no paid subscription starts without your explicit choice.

• a 14-day trial may be offered in the Orkyo application, where it is made available
• no payment card is required to start the trial, in line with how the application currently works
• features available during the trial correspond to the trial rights configured in the application
• moving to a paid plan results solely from your explicit choice
• continuous availability of the trial offer is not guaranteed and may change
• the applicable terms are those presented at sign-up and at trial activation

You may stop using the service at any time; the terms for ending an active subscription will be specified at the time of subscription. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abusive, unlawful or non-compliant use, normally after notice unless the situation requires immediate action.

Orkyo provides management and decision support. The findings, analyses, estimates and recommendations it generates are based on the information you provide and the data you connect. They are not legal, accounting, tax or financial advice, and they are not a guarantee of any commercial or financial result. Decisions made from them are yours.

We accept liability as provided by applicable law. We are not responsible for the consequences of business decisions made on the basis of the service's analyses, nor for the operation of third-party software you choose to connect.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec, Canada, subject to any mandatory rules that would otherwise protect you.
