Explanatory guide
Understanding the ORKYO Business Scan
This guide presents the Business Scan before you start it. No account is needed to read it, and it does not replace the diagnostic itself, which takes place in the ORKYO app.
1. The goal
The Business Scan helps business owners spot the administrative friction that seems to cost them time or control: customer requests, quotes, scheduling, invoicing, collections, documents and team organization.
2. 17 questions
The questionnaire has 17 questions in four sections: customer acquisition and engagement, planning and execution, invoicing and money, infrastructure and continuity. Each question has two parts and four answer levels. The questions are the same for every business.
3. About 10 minutes
Allow about 10 minutes. You can save your progress in an ORKYO space and resume later.
4. Information requested
You describe how your business operates today by choosing the level that best fits you. You are also asked for your industry, your headcount and the real impact of important situations. No bank statement, password or accounting document is requested for the questionnaire.
5. No guaranteed result
The Business Scan presents findings and benchmarks based on your answers. It does not guarantee any savings, specific time gain or financial result. The actual outcome depends on your business and the actions you choose to take.
6. How your answers are used
Your answers are used to calculate your scores, formulate findings and rank the topics that deserve your attention. You validate, adjust or reject each finding before choosing priorities. How information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. The result
At the end, ORKYO presents an overall maturity score, eight scores by dimension, the findings you validated, the option to select 0 to 3 priorities and a personalized summary with the recommended operational order.
8. What next?
You can simply keep your summary. If you wish, you can create an ORKYO account, explicitly activate the 14-day trial in the app and start working on a first priority. Nothing is activated automatically.
9. Example: a plumbing business
Illustrative example: the owner of a six-person plumbing business answers that quotes are prepared in the evening and that invoice follow-ups depend on memory. The Business Scan highlights findings on quote tracking and collections. The owner confirms the follow-up finding, adjusts the quote finding and selects two priorities: following up on pending invoices, then tracking sent quotes. This example is not a real customer case.
10. Diagnostic or subscription?
The Business Scan is free and commitment-free: it helps you understand your situation. An ORKYO plan (START, PRO or ELITE) gives access to the app's features to handle your priorities day to day. Taking the diagnostic does not start any subscription.
